flextecs Signs International Service Agreement

3/9/2010 - Today, flextecs signed an agreement with a large European Consulting Group to provide Recovery Audit IT Services for its client's A/P audits. This agreement is the start of a relationship with this very well know provider of audit services in the UK and other European countries to provide their auditors with audit exception reporting including duplicate payment, VAT exceptions, over payments, pricing variances, custom reporting and the most advanced IT audit support available in the industry today. We look forward to a long and successful relationship going forward.

flextecs Moves to New Facility

2/1/2010 - Today, flextecs started full production in our new facility. The move took two weeks and was accomplished with no service down time or impact to our clients. Our new facility provides the capability to securely store 20,000+ boxes in the future while we expand our services in the document management industry. We also increased our network connectivity speed with multiple backup data lines. We continue to provide "Total Redundancy" to clients by way of our COLO facility "Cloud" servers".

Expanding Our Data Analytics

11/1/2009 - Today, flextecs signed a lease for a new 13,000 square foot office and warehouse complex to accomodate our recent growth. This is the third increase in space we have had over the last three years due to new client base and expanded services. We expect to move in to the facility sometime in February 2010.

New 1-2 Year Contract Signed

10/21/2009 - Today, flextecs signed an additional contract with one of our largest clients. The client is consoldating to a single building from several other sites and must eliminate thousands of boxes of documents accumulated over the past 10 years. A three month planning session is underway to assist the client with the boxing and labeling of the documents prior to shipment. This is necessary to insure that specific documents can be located in our secured 24/7 warehouse prior to being scanned and available on-line.

New Document Management Client

8/28/2009 - Today, flextecs signed a contract with a well known education institution in New Jersey. The services include prepping, scanning, indexing and providing Web access of the documents to their staff. The project will start out with digitizing their backlog of paper for the past several years and then move on to current documents.

Expanding Our Data Analytics

7/13/2009 - Today, flextecs signed an agreement with an Atlanta firm to provide analytics for replys to health care surveys. This process includes the OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) of the return survey forms and a summarization and analysis of the results. We are able to provide the results real time via a Web application for the duration of the survey. We expect to provide this same service for several insurance companies across the US over the new few years.

International Company Signed

5/7/2009 - Today, flextecs signed a document management contract with a global security firm located on the west coast to provide weekly imaging services. This is our first agreement in this industry and further expands our capabilities to service virtually any type of client. We were able to design a solution for them that reduced their cost by 30-40% compared to their previous provider.

IAPP Conference 2009

4/23/2009 - flextecs completed another successful trip to the IAPP Annual Forum. The workshop with one of our major clients was helpful in clarifying our services and differentiate us from our competitors. While the attendence was low due to the economy, we were able to spend more time with individuals to discuss how we can help them with their document management and recovery audit initiatives.

State of the Art Scanners and Software Installed

7/20/2007 - flextecs installs two new Fujitsu fi-5650C HVRS scanners. The scanners offer the latest in virtual rescan technology deliver the best available image regardless of the condition or type of paper. In additional to this new hardware, flextecs has brought to the process a new Web application development software tool (RAD) enabling customized application development in hours rather than days.

Opening of New Document Imaging Center

7/15/2007 - flextecs opens its new document imaging center in Hiram, GA., a suburb of Atlanta, GA., with facilities to receive large shipments of boxes of paper documents to be prepared, scanned, indexed for Web Hosting to clients. In addition to the production center, a large warehouse is available for short term storage of process documents awaiting certified destruction.

8/20/2006 - A Fortune 500 Office Supply Retailer expands services with flextecs to include Email archive, capture and access technology. The system has been installed internally and is being used by the clients post audit team to provide audit trail information that was previously inaccessible.
