Before requesting an evaluation of our Document Imaging Services, please review the following information prior to completing the "Evaluation Request Form."
1. Send a sample of at least 100 documents that you would like scanned for the evaluation to the following address:

Attention: Evaluation Request

2. Include instructions on how you would like the documents indexed on the request form.
3. Email any index data that you would like linked to the images to imaging@flextecs.com.
