8/20/2006 - A Fortune 500 Office Supply Retailer expands services with flexTecs to include Email archive, capture and access technology. The system has been installed internally and is being used by the clients post audit team to provide audit trail information that was previously inaccessible.

7/15/2007 - flexTecs opens its new document imaging center in Hiram, GA., a suburb of Atlanta, GA., with facilities to receive large shipments of boxes of paper documents to be prepared, scanned, indexed for Web Hosting to clients. In addition to the production center, a large warehouse is available for short term storage of process documents awaiting certified destruction.

7/20/2007 - flexTecs installs two new Fujitsu fi-5650C HVRS scanners. The scanners offer the latest in virtual rescan technology deliver the best available image regardless of the condition or type of paper. In additional to this new hardware, flexTecs has brought to the process a new Web application development software tool (RAD) enabling customized application development in hours rather than days.

12/6/2007 - Large University with over 40,000 students expands flexTecs Document Management and Imaging solution. The Accounts Payable project success resulted in expansion to the Student Record and Payroll departments. Additional projects are expected.

The client will be shipping their Accounts Payable batches to the Imaging Production Center for prep, scan and index with Web hosting of the documents. flexTecs expects a volume of over 2.5 million pages per year.
