Mr. May is the co-founder of flexTecs LLC and serves as its CEO.  FlexTecs was founded in January of 2006 by Ed May and Joe Massanelli, both former Senior Vice Presidents of PRG Schultz, the world’s largest recovery audit firm.

BACKGROUND:

Prior to founding flexTecs, he served as a Senior Vice President at PRG Schultz for 17 years.  During his tenure at PRGS he held positions as Director of Sales and Marketing for North America, served on the Executive Committee, and retired in January 2006 as Sales Manager for the Eastern Region.

Before joining PRG he held Senior Sales and Management positions in the Television Station and Broadcast industry. His last assignment before joining PRG was VP and General Sales Manager of WKRN TV, the ABC affiliate in Nashville, TN.

Ed May, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Massanelli is the co-founder of flexTecs LLC and serves as its CIO.  Mr. Massanelli leads the development and implementation  the software products and technology business development.

BACKGROUND:

Prior to founding flexTecs, he served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology for PRGS for 17 years.  During his tenure at PRGS he held positions as Director of Information Technology, Chief Technology Officer and served on the Senior Board before retiring in January 2006 as SVP of Technology Business Development. He also started the document management group for PRGS and led the development of new enterprise content management software products including Imaging, Email Management and WEB Collaboration tools.

Before joining PRGS In 1991, he served as VP of Information Technology for Retail Data Systems servicing small to mid range retailers throughout the US.

Joe Massanelli, Chief Information Officer
