About FlexTecs

We're on the hunt for two Business Development Representatives (one in the UK and one in Atlanta, GA) who understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the Accounts Payable space. Your mission is to bridge our Marketing and Sales teams, focusing on generating new business for both FlexTecs and our cutting-edge tool, FlexTrap.

If you have a track record of booking qualified introductory calls and meeting ambitious targets, we want to hear from you. Your communication prowess will be the key first step in building enduring relationships.

  • Proven experience in a Business Development, Lead Generation or Sales role.

  • Demonstrable success in employing various sales techniques, including but not limited to cold calls and outbound prospecting.

  • A history of meeting or exceeding quotas.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.

  • Strong skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • A solid grasp of key sales metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, and Opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication abilities.

  • The skill to hold engaging and persuasive conversations with a focus on value proposition and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Qualify leads for both FlexTecs and FlexTrap, turning marketing campaigns into actionable sales opportunities.

  • Engage potential clients through strategic cold calls and personalized emails.

  • Introduce FlexTecs and FlexTrap to prospective clients, highlighting how our solutions address their specific pain points.

  • Understand client needs deeply to recommend the most suitable products or services.

  • Initiate relationships with clients, built on trust and mutual benefit.

  • Actively seek out new business avenues, keeping an eye on market trends and competitor offerings.

  • Coordinate with Account Executives to set up meetings or calls with prospective clients.

  • Report to management on sales performance, adhering to regular reporting schedules.

  • Stay current on FlexTrap features, as well as any changes in pricing or payment plans.
