At FlexTecs, social responsibility is as important to how we conduct business as it is to the communities we are serving. It also has formed the foundation of the company as the evolution of our work in the community is directly related to our operations.
The Founder and Chairman of Flexible Technology Solutions John Cook, was also the founder and former Chairman of Profit Recovery Group (Now PRGX Global). John always believed strongly in the concept of social responsibility, and incorporated this belief into his corporate pursuits as well. Education remained a life-long passion of John’s, and resulted in his commitment to serve on the Board of Trustees of his alma mater (Saint Louis University) for over a decade. In response to this service, the naming of the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University has honored Mr. Cook. This commitment to educational opportunities extends to John’s personal involvement in supporting two NGO’s, one in Thailand and one in Nepal.
We are pleased to support the educational opportunities for Nepalese children and thanks to FlexTecs Nepal, we are now creating employment opportunities where they are needed most. FlexTecs encourages all of our colleagues to dedicate time to their local communities.
